It may be summertime, but it’s time to start thinking about recruiting new families to join Scouting. Recruiting new families to join Scouting takes planning and preparation. With today’s busy family lifestyle, it takes multiple ways and multiple tries to reach new families to invite them to join Scouting. One of the keys to a successful campaign is to start planning early. Start your planning now for a successful recruitment campaign and be sure to reach out to your District Membership Chair, District Executive, and Unit Commissioner for assistance. It may appear overwhelming at first, but it’s not. We have lots of tools and resources to help you along the way to have a successful recruitment campaign this fall.
