Cub Scout Camping

Order Placemats

Thanks to some dedicated volunteers they have designed this year’s 2024 Placemats!  This multifunctioning document serves as a placemat for your next pack event, and information on Cub Camp within the council, and has games like a maze, bingo, tic tac toe, a on theme word search, and guess the animal tracks.  These placemats are free to order and can be picked up at the Council office when your order is completed. Please give us 4-5 business days from the day you order them to complete the order.  If you would like to order placemats fill out the order form by clicking the button below.

Day Camp 2024

The Connecticut Rivers Council is proud to offer summer day camps for ALL boys and girls, Scouts and non-Scouts, entering grades 2-5 in the fall. Tigers (entering grade 1) are welcome to attend with a legal guardian.  Our day camps offer outstanding activities for fun, learning and adventure. Campers are divided into small, well-supervised groups.  Day Camp is a great way for your Cub Scout age son or daughter to experience the thrill of the outdoors and is a good introduction to independence from mom and dad without being too far from home. The week-long program fills each day with adventure and experiences for which families join the Scouting program. Activities include archery, BB, swimming, crafts, nature, STEM, and much more. All Day Camps offer extended hours for families whose schedule does not fit the 9am-4pm time frame. In 2024 our theme is “Outdoor Adventure”

Please know that camperships do not cover the full cost of registration, and are subject to approval by the Campership Committee.
